This is an opportunity to step out of a purely advisory role and into a position where your work directly influences business decisions, growth initiatives, and long-term value creation. Responsibilities Partner on company-wide strategic initiatives, including long-range planning, portfolio optimization, and growth strategy Analyze market trends, competitive dynamics, and business performance to identify opportunities and risks Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for leadership Build and refine financial models to support key decisions, including operating forecasts, investment cases, and scenario analysis Evaluate capital allocation across organic growth initiatives, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships Support the full lifecycle of transactions, including acquisitions, divestitures, and partnerships Assist with diligence, valuation, and integration planning Collaborate with internal teams and external advisors to drive execution What We’re Looking For 2–3 years of experience in investment banking, consulting, private equity, or a similarly rigorous environment Strong financial modeling and analytical skills Ability to break down complex, unstructured problems and turn them into clear recommendations Strong communication skills and confidence working with senior stakeholders High level of ownership, curiosity, and attention to detail Why This Role Direct exposure to executive leadership Meaningful ownership and real impact on business decisions Broad experience across strategy, M&A, and capital allocation A chance to move from analysis to execution in a fast-paced environment Equal Opportunity Employer Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
