Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated, relationship-driven Fire Alarm & Security Sales Representative to help fuel our continued growth in the fire, life safety, and security industry. This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional who enjoys building trusted partnerships, uncovering new business opportunities, and delivering solutions that make a real difference. In this role, you will have the chance to expand business, work with key decision-makers, and contribute directly to a fast-growing organization in an essential industry. The ideal candidate brings a strong sales track record, a consultative approach, and the drive to turn opportunities into long-term customer relationships.

Responsibilities

· Build, manage, and grow a portfolio of mid-commercial accounts by developing strong customer relationships and identifying new opportunities.

· Develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth and expand market presence.

· Prospect for new business, generate qualified opportunities, and confidently close deals.

· Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and strategic opportunities.

· Stay current on industry developments, products, and solutions to deliver knowledgeable, consultative recommendations.

· Represent RapidFire Safety & Security with professionalism and confidence in every interaction with customers and prospects.

Knowledge, Skill & Other Requirements

· 3 – 4 years of sales experience, preferably in the fire, life safety, security, or a related industry. Commercial Systems Integration knowledge of Access Control, Video Surveillance and Security Systems products and applications.

· Experience or strong interest in security and fire alarm solution sales to End Users and General Contractors.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build credibility and lasting relationships.

· Proven sales, negotiation, and closing skills.

· Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.

· Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities to identify customer needs and recommend the right solutions.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

· Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively as part of a team.
