Our Pay Station Attendant helps customers through their car wash experience and answers any questions about the processes the customer may have. As the face of the company to the customer, a smile, and an outgoing personality is required! General Accountabilities Greet customers warmly and provide assistance during their purchase decisions and throughout their store experience. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and promptly. Provide detailed information on car wash services, memberships, and promotions. Educate customers about the benefits of various service options and upsell where appropriate. Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue goals of the car wash. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure high service standards and efficient operations. Contribute to a positive team environment and support colleagues in achieving common goals. Answer customer's questions concerning location, price, and services. Other duties as assigned. Skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with customers. Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals and drive customer satisfaction. Excellent problem‑solving skills and the ability to handle customer complaints with professionalism. Detail‑oriented with a strong commitment to providing exceptional service. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Able to stand for extended periods and work outdoors in various weather conditions, including rain, snow, and sun. Basic computer skills and familiarity with point‑of‑sale systems. Physical Requirements Must be able to lift at least 40 lbs. Must be able to be on your feet for the duration of your shift. Must be able to withstand outside weather conditions. Must be able to twist, bend, and lift as needed. Job Type Full-time, Part-Time Starting Pay $15.00 per hour, plus bonuses and commission.
