If you are interested in being a part of our team, let’s talk about your career with PulteGroup!JOB SUMMARY:The Host II is responsible for assisting the Sales function by greeting and assisting guests, handling overflow traffic, and providing administrative support.

FULL TIME (40 hours/week):This is a full-time position requiring 30 or more hours per week. Regular schedule and availability during core business hours are expected. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greet and direct visitors to model homes and/or to office.

• Maintain sales center and model park appearance and upkeep.

• Distribute current marketing collateral and price lists to guests.

• Make appointments with the Online Sales Specialist or Sales Consultant and provide community leads/updates.

• Tabulate specific information on guest registration forms.

• Assist HOA Community Manager and Lifestyle Director as needed.

• Provide timely responses to questions submitted to the community website.

• Manage all incoming leads and follow up for the community.

• Additional administrative projects requested by management including but not limited to data entry, filing, mailing, scheduling, phones and office supplies.

Required Education/Experience

• Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

• Minimum of 1 year related functional experience preferred

Required Skills/Knowledge

• Knowledge of sales organization preferred

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

• Exceptional computer skills

• Basic proficiency in using computer systems

• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers, both verbally and in writing

• Capable of building rapport with customers and creating a welcoming environment
