About This Role Join Cleveland Clinic’s Neurological Institute as a New Grad RN Resident, where you will assist in delivering exceptional care while participating in a residency core curriculum tailored to your learning needs. Highlights Pay: $33.50 - $53.60/hour Location: Cleveland, OH Schedule: 7:00am – 7:30pm and 7:00pm – 7:30am What You’ll Do Assist fellow caregivers in delivering exceptional patient care. Participate in a residency core curriculum based on individual learning needs. Provide direct nursing care alongside a success coach. Establish and revise priorities for patient care. Respond to data indicating risk to patients’ health and initiate corrective actions. Document in patients’ medical records. Requirements Education: Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing (ADN or BSN program) Experience: New grad or less than one year RN work experience in an acute direct care clinical inpatient setting Licenses & Certifications: Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required if in a Critical Care area Benefits Professional development resources, including furthering education and online/in-person courses to enhance skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr IntelliResume
