About This Role The RN Resident/New Grad Nurse in the Neuro ICU participates in a residency core curriculum tailored to individual learning needs while providing direct nursing care under supervision. This role is ideal for new graduates seeking to develop their skills in a high-acuity environment. Highlights Pay: $33.50 - $53.60/hour Location: Cleveland, OH Schedule: Three 12-hour shifts per week, Day/Night Rotations Sign-On Bonus: Not mentioned What You'll Do Participate in a residency core curriculum based on individual learning needs. Provide direct nursing care alongside a coach. Establish and revise priorities for patient care activities. Initiate and maintain interventions for safe and effective patient care. Respond to data indicating risk to individual health. Seek supervision and assistance when needed. Comply with established hospital and department policies. Document in patient's medical records according to guidelines. Requirements Education Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing. BSN preferred. Experience New grad or less than one year of RN work experience. Licenses & Certifications Current state licensure as Registered Nurse (RN). Proof of Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
