Private Home Care Manager Location:Atlanta,GA(On-Site) ReportsTo:OperationsDirector Travel:Upto75%(MaconHQ,possiblyAugusta) JobSummary : PrivateHomeCareSpecialist–LowesGuardianAngel ThePHCManagerisaleadershiproleresponsibleforoverseeingstaffing,scheduling, compliance,andqualityofcareacrossLowesGuardianAngel’sPersonalHomeCareprograms. Thishybridpositionrequiresamixofoffice,remote,andon-sitework,withperiodictravelto LGAsitesinMaconandAugusta(atleastmonthly).ThePHCManagerensuresthatbothstaff andclientsreceivethehighestlevelofsupportwhileupholdingregulatorystandardsand organizationalvalues. Responsibilities Leadstaffrecruitment,onboarding,andmatchingcaregiverstoclientneeds. Conductclientassessmentsandscopecareneeds,ensuringproperscheduling. Providestaffsupervision,training,andongoingsupport. Monitorclientsatisfaction,respondtoconcerns,andensurehigh-qualitycare. Overseeschedulingandensureconsistentstaffingcoverage. Managecompliancewithstateregulations,agencypolicies,andqualityassurance standards. Collaboratewithleadershiptosupportprogramgrowthandexpansion. Qualifications Provenexperienceinhomecare,healthcaremanagement,orrelatedfield. Strongleadershipandsupervisoryskills. Knowledgeofstatecomplianceregulationsandqualitystandardsforpersonalcare services. Excellentorganizationalandproblem-solvingabilities. AbilitytotravelregularlytomultipleLGAsites. Compensation Salary: $60,000annually Hybridrole:office-based,remote,andon-siteresponsibilities Education & Experience: Highschooldiplomaorequivalentrequired;Associate’sor Bachelor’sdegreepreferred.Experienceinadministrativeroles,medicalassisting,or officemanagementisaplus. OrganizationalSkills: Strongabilitytomultitask,prioritize,andmanagetime effectively. CommunicationSkills: Excellentverbalandwrittencommunicationabilities. Problem-Solving: Abilitytoanticipateissuesandtakeproactivestepstoresolvethem. Collaboration: Comfortableworkinginateamenvironmentandassistingmultiple departments.
