Assistant Manager, Key Accounts/Beauty-NYC

OUR CLIENT IS A WELL KNOWN BEAUTY COMPANY BASED IN NYC AND THEY ARE SEEKING A STRONG ASSISTANT MANAGER FOR KEY ACCOUNTS. What You’ll Be Working On Wholesale Account Leadership and Relationship-Building Partner with Director in management of key account business for the company and build strong, collaborative relationship with retailer teams and internal cross-functional partners. Sales Reporting and Analysis Partner with Director on weekly sales reporting and communication, identifying opportunities, amplifying successes, tracking rankings, providing key highlights etc. Collect, aggregate, and synthesize retailer reporting and consumer data to outline opportunity. Core and Launch Strategic Assortment Support Create and update launch and assortment templates and trackers. Own omni assortment set-up with retailer including sku attribution and updates, online ppage set-up, pricing set up and changes, samples, planogram schematics, logistic information, etc. Own execution of brand activations at retailer In partnership with marketing team and Director, develop and manage sampling and gwp assortment for retailer. Support Director, visual merchandising, marketing, and retailer teams to execute instore visual merchandising deliverables including design, planograms, timelines, (endcaps/towers/gondola) and corresponding inventory planning and support. #J-18808-Ljbffr 24 Seven Talent
