You will take ownership of the commissioning process across complex mechanical, electrical, plumbing, piping, fuel, oil, and life-safety systems. The company is a highly respected contractor specialising in large commercial, industrial, advanced manufacturing, and mission-critical builds. With significant growth across its industrial division, it is now seeking a Commissioning Manager to oversee commissioning activities from design review and pre-functional testing through to integrated systems testing, client turnover, and final handover. Your background could come from a range of complex facility environments, including: Semiconductor and microelectronics fabrication facilities. EV, battery, and other gigafactory developments. Life sciences, pharmaceutical, or cleanroom manufacturing plants. Aerospace and defense production facilities. Clean technology, renewable energy, or green-hydrogen plants. Data centers and other mission-critical projects. Large-scale industrial or process facilities involving complex MEP systems. The Role: Lead the commissioning process for MEP systems across a major advanced manufacturing project. Oversee commissioning activities for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, piping, fuel, oil, and life-safety systems. Manage commissioning schedules, processes, documentation, testing, and issue resolution. Coordinate with owners, clients, engineers, vendors, subcontractors, and internal project teams. The Person: Strong background as a Commissioning Manager, MEP Commissioning Manager, or similar senior commissioning role. Proven experience commissioning complex MEP systems on large-scale industrial, advanced manufacturing, commercial, or mission-critical projects. Strong understanding of pre-functional checklists, functional performance testing, integrated systems testing, and project turnover. Willingness to work full-time on-site in North Dakota.
