Human Resources InternThe Human Resources Intern provides administrative, operational, and project support across multiple teams within the People Strategies & Solutions department. This internship is designed for a student who has declared an interest in Human Resources or a related field and is seeking meaningful hands-on experience in a professional environment.The intern will gain broad exposure to a variety of HR functions. Through collaboration with team members across the department, the intern will support initiatives and operational activities that contribute to the employee experience and overall success of the organization.This role offers an opportunity to develop foundational Human Resources knowledge while building professional skills in communication, organization, collaboration, problem-solving, and project coordination. The intern will have opportunities to learn from and collaborate with professionals across multiple HR disciplines while gaining exposure to organizational operations and employee experience initiatives.The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, eager to learn, and capable of balancing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality. This role is intended to provide flexible, meaningful work experience for a student balancing academic and professional commitments.This is a year-long internship with an anticipated start date ASAP.
