Responsibilities Assist in the recruitment process by reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial candidate screenings. Support employee onboarding by preparing documentation and orientation materials. Help maintain employee records and update HR databases with personnel information. Participate in employee engagement activities and wellness programs. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. Conduct research on best practices in HR management and suggest improvements. Support training and development initiatives by distributing materials and tracking participation. Collaborate with team members to create content for internal communications. Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed. Participate in HR projects and special initiatives. Requirements Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong interest in pursuing a career in human resources. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
