Schedule: Day or Night Shift available; 4:1 patient ratio (5:1 stretched); every other weekend required

Requirements:

• Current RN license in North Carolina or compact state eligibility
• ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications (required)
• Neuro and trauma care experience (required)
• Proficiency with IV pumps, patient lifts, chest tubes, and associated progressive care equipment
• Strong clinical assessment skills including neuro and spinal checks, C-collar placement, and TLSO brace application
• Team-oriented mindset with a patient-focused approach
