Machinist requirements: 03+ years of machining or manufacturing experience. Experience operating CNC mills and/or lathes. Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools. Technical machining certificate holders or recent machining program graduates are encouraged to apply. Machinist job duties: Set up and operate CNC and manual mills, lathes, and machining equipment. Read and interpret blueprints, BOMs, and technical drawings. Perform first-piece and in-process inspections using precision measuring tools. Adjust machine offsets, tooling, feeds, and speeds to maintain quality standards. Troubleshoot machining issues and complete production documentation.
