Pursuit New Logo Account Manager This is your opportunity to be at the forefront of a high-growth, strategic initiative within BMC Software. As a Pursuit New Logo Account Manager, you will play a critical role in driving net-new business through a key strategic partnership. This role goes beyond traditional sales—placing you at the center of a dynamic, ecosystem-led approach to market, where collaboration, co-creation, and joint value delivery are essential to success. You will work closely with the Strategic Partnership Director and a diverse ecosystem of internal and partner resources to unlock new opportunities, expand market reach, and accelerate growth. This is a highly visible role where you will directly influence how partnerships translate into tangible business outcomes and competitive advantage. Here is how, through this exciting role, YOU will contribute to BMC Software's and your own success: Drive new logo acquisition by identifying, shaping, and closing net-new opportunities through a key strategic partnership Collaborate closely with the Strategic Partnership Director to align on priorities, pipeline development, and go-to-market execution Leverage a broad ecosystem of internal and partner resources to build momentum, influence deals, and increase market share Bring a compelling, joint value proposition to customers, differentiating BMC in competitive pursuits Build strong, trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across target accounts and partner organizations Lead complex, high-value sales cycles, coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver impactful, transformation-led outcomes To ensure you’re set up for success, you will bring the following skillset & experience: 3+ years of proven experience in enterprise software sales Strong background in a full‑cycle hunter role (pipeline creation through closing) Demonstrated success selling into enterprise‑level organizations Evidence of consistent over‑achievement and quota attainment Experience navigating complex, multi‑stakeholder negotiationsStrong tenure and stability in previous sales roles Strategic thinker with a “can‑do” attitude and results‑driven mindset Highly self‑motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently Excellent communication skills, with business‑level fluency and professional presence Innovative problem‑solver with a consultative approach to sales Strong collaboration skills and ability to work cross‑functionally Resilient, curious, and motivated by building long‑term success What Success Looks Like Rapid ramp‑up in a greenfield territory Consistent pipeline generation and deal progression Strong partnership with internal teams Sustainable revenue growth and enterprise account wins Value Proposition (Why Join BMC Software?) The annual base salary range represents the low and high end of the BMC salary range for this position. Actual salaries depend on a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training, licensure, and certifications; and other business and organization needs. The range listed is just one component of BMC's employee compensation package. Other rewards may include a variable plan and country-specific benefits. At BMC, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range. This roles compensation includes a mix of base salary and variable pay. The base salary range is $120,000 - $180,000, with an On-Target Earnings (OTE) range of $240,000 - $360,000. #J-18808-Ljbffr
