Senior Billing SpecialistOur client, a well-established national professional services organization, is seeking a Senior Billing Specialist to join its Revenue Management team. This opportunity offers the chance to work within a highly collaborative environment supporting sophisticated billing operations, complex client arrangements, and internal stakeholders in a fast-paced professional services setting.Position OverviewThe Senior Billing Specialist will be responsible for managing complex billing portfolios, supporting internal stakeholders, generating client invoices, resolving billing inquiries, and ensuring accuracy throughout the billing cycle. This role requires an individual who can operate independently, manage competing priorities, and provide exceptional service while working within a collaborative team environment.Key ResponsibilitiesManage a high volume of complex client invoicesReview, edit, and process pre-billsResearch and resolve billing-related questionsPartner with internal stakeholders regarding billing requirementsReview documentation for accuracy and completenessSupport special projects and ad hoc reporting initiativesNavigate sophisticated billing structures and fee arrangementsMaintain strong accuracy while working within deadline-driven environmentsQualificationsRequired5+ years of billing experienceLegal billing experience strongly preferredAdvanced Microsoft Excel skillsStrong Microsoft Office proficiencyExcellent organizational and communication skillsAbility to manage high-volume workloads while maintaining accuracyProven customer service orientation and stakeholder management skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesPreferredExperience with Aderant, Elite 3E, ProLaw, Intapp, SAP, Oracle, or comparable billing systemsExposure to e-billing platforms and workflowsExperience supporting complex billing structures and multiple stakeholdersBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (equivalent experience considered)Ideal Candidate ProfileThe successful candidate will bring a strong understanding of billing operations and thrive in an environment requiring attention to detail, accountability, and responsiveness.
