End User Support Analyst

End User Support AnalystA leading law firm is seeking an End User Support Analyst for its Denver office. In this role, the analyst serves as a front-line technology resource for attorneys and staff, providing advanced troubleshooting for desktop applications, operating systems, and hardware, and supporting a full range of equipment including desktops, laptops, peripherals, smartphones, printers/MFPs, and specialized configurations such as dual monitors. Responsibilities include logging and managing support tickets from first report through resolution, delivering desk-side and virtual training, and assisting with user account creation and maintenance. The analyst collaborates closely with IT teams, vendors, and application owners on complex issues and infrastructure projects, and provides technical support for meetings, trials, and offsite events — including setup of trial and off-site infrastructure such as routers, switches, and servers — along with support for conference room technology, video/audio conferencing, new-hire and office-move setups, and hardware upgrades.Candidates should have 2+ years of end-user, service desk, or desktop support experience with 4–5 years of PC hardware and software knowledge; Windows support is required and macOS experience is preferred. Familiarity with Microsoft 365, ServiceNow, and basic networking concepts is expected, along with strong customer service, communication, and troubleshooting skills. Law firm or professional services experience is preferred. The salary range for this role is $71,000–$100,000.
