Bilingual Receptionist
Location: El Paso, TX Pay: $15.00$17.00 per hour (Based on Experience) Position could become full time with the company
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our office. The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, and enjoys providing exceptional customer service while supporting daily administrative operations.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls
- Respond to general emails and customer inquiries
- Provide outstanding customer service to clients, vendors, and employees
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages
- Scan, copy, print, file, and organize documents
- Order and maintain office and kitchen supplies
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain records
- Assist with construction permits and scheduling inspections
- Support the Human Resources department with new hire paperwork and onboarding documentation
- Create and issue purchase orders
- Provide general administrative support to multiple departments as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous receptionist, front desk, or administrative experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Reliable, dependable, and self-motivated
