Pay & Benefits

• Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00 (based on 2026 data)
• Annual Compensation: $312,000 - $438,000 (plus $25,000 Medical Director stipend for leadership role)

What You'll Do

• Manage labor & delivery, including triage, surgical procedures, and inpatient care
• Provide obstetric and gynecologic emergency services
• Conduct inpatient consults and manage obstetric emergencies
• Collaborate with the hospital team, community OB-GYNs, and nursing staff
• Help establish and shape the new OB-GYN hospitalist service from the ground up
• Support maternal-fetal medicine and NICU teams at Level II facility
• Participate in program development and clinical leadership (Medical Director role)

What You Need

• Board Certified in Obstetrics & Gynecology
• Strong clinical judgment and teamwork skills
• Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care

• 5+ years of clinical experience
• Leadership experience (for Medical Director position)
