Pay & Benefits
Pay Range: $312,000 – $438,000 annually (based on hours and role)

What You’ll Do
Provide OB-GYN emergency coverage including triage, surgeries, and labor management
Manage labor & delivery and obstetric/gynecologic emergencies
Conduct inpatient consults related to maternal and fetal health
Collaborate with a team of OB-GYNs, nursing staff, and support services
Develop workflows and clinical protocols as part of a new program
Support hospital priorities with high-quality, patient-centered care
Participate in quality improvement initiatives as needed
What You Need
Required:

Board Certification in Obstetrics & Gynecology
Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in OB-GYN
Strong clinical judgment and teamwork skills
Valid CA medical license or eligibility
Preferred:
~ Leadership experience or interest in program development
