Are you passionate about finance and accounting? Do you have a knack for numbers and a keen eye for detail? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! We are currently seeking a dynamic and dedicated individual to join our client team as a Permanent Staff Accountant.


You will be entrusted with a variety of tasks ranging from managing financial records, processing payroll entries, to preparing financial reports. This position offers a unique opportunity to develop your skills and contribute to our company's financial health.

Responsibilities:
As a Permanent Staff Accountant, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
1. Manage and oversee all aspects of our financial systems, including accruals and entries.
2. Utilize Vlookup to manage and analyze data effectively.
3. Manage financial software such as QuickBooks, Sage, and NetSuite, ensuring all financial data is up-to-date and accurate.
4. Maintain exceptional organization skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
5. Prepare accurate and timely financial reports to support management decision-making.
6. Process payroll entries accurately, ensuring all staff are compensated correctly and on time.
7. Perform card reconciliations to ensure all financial transactions are accounted for and correctly entered into the system.
8. Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial objectives align with overall company goals.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need the following qualifications:
1. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of accruals, entries, Vlookup, QuickBooks, Sage, and NetSuite.
2. Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
3. Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality in all tasks.
4. Proficient in preparing financials and financial reports.
5. Experience with payroll entries and card reconciliations.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
7. A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
