Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to thoroughly evaluate clients’ mental health status, identifying their strengths as well as challenges.

• Provide individualized therapy sessions, including both group and family therapy, ensuring interventions are culturally attuned and responsive to the unique needs of each client.

• Utilize evidence-based practices, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and family systems therapy, to deliver effective treatment.

• Create tailored treatment plans with clear goals, targeted interventions, and continuous progress evaluations, adapting as necessary based on client feedback and response.

• Coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams that may include psychiatrists, nurses, and other mental health professionals, ensuring holistic treatment approaches.

• Offer crisis intervention services, conducting risk assessments and developing safety plans for clients in acute distress.

• Advocate for clients’ rights and connect them with pertinent community resources, providing ongoing case management support to facilitate their recovery journeys.
