Job Title: Application Processing Associate

Location: New York, NY

Compensation: $24-26/HR

Position Summary:

This role is responsible for entering data into the database, updating and taking statuses and providing support to various teams.

Position Responsibilities:

• Data Entry.

• Photocopying, Scanning and Collating.

• Electronic (Web) and Paper Filing.

• Track and organize applications for follow-up.

Key Soft Skill Qualities: Detail-oriented, driven, and meticulous, with a keen eye for identifying discrepancies or anything that doesn’t look right. Strong communication skills are essential, including proper grammar and professionalism in emails, phone conversations, and in-person interactions with the team.

Technical Requirements:

1) Strong Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook).

2) Basic knowledge of Excel.

3) Previous experience entering data into a database system.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Must be detail-oriented and analytical.

• A high level of accountability and ownership of work.

• Exccllent communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to work on a fast-paced team with specific deadlines.
