Event Manager

Overview National law firm is hiring an Events Manager to join their midtown Manhattan office. The ideal candidate is a creative and resourceful professional with: 5+ years of law firm event planning experience Excellent hospitality and organizational skills Responsibilities Manage the planning and execution of events including procuring venues, administering invitations and tracking RSVPs, organizing catering, and liaising with vendors Manage conference rooms and ensure technology requirements are met Oversee office food and beverage inventory Supervise the reception team, ensuring coverage and maintaining performance standards Track costs and maintain budgets Assist with additional tasks, as needed Additional information Salary: $110K - $145K commensurate with experience plus benefits including healthcare, dental, vision, life insurance, long-term disability, PTO, parental leave, wellness programs, tuition reimbursement, flexible spending accounts, pet insurance, employee discounts, 401K & more Full-time in office National law firm is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
