The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, organising, and executing high‑impact events that showcase our brand and drive our mission forward. Responsibilities Plan and manage events from concept to completion, including conferences, product launches, trade shows, and internal company events. Develop detailed project plans, manage timelines, and ensure all milestones are met. Source and negotiate with venues, suppliers, and contractors to ensure cost‑effectiveness and high‑quality service. Manage event budgets meticulously, tracking all expenses and delivering comprehensive financial reports. Collaborate with the marketing and sales departments to promote events and ensure alignment with strategic objectives. Coordinate all on‑site logistics during events to ensure a seamless and professional experience for all attendees. Conduct post‑event analysis to evaluate success, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external. Qualifications Proven experience working as an Event Manager or in a similar event planning role. Exceptional organisational and project management skills with a keen eye for detail. Strong financial acumen with experience in budget creation and management. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities. Ability to perform well in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously under pressure. A creative mindset with the ability to bring fresh and innovative ideas to our event strategy. Proficiency in event management software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
