A terrific law firm seeks an enthusiastic professional to join the Marketing Department as an Events Manager. This person will be responsible for: Leading the planning and coordinating client events, conferences, and outgoings, including researching and recommending venues, communicating with vendors. Developing webinar strategy and managing all logistics including speaker coordination, tech set up, and registration. Overseeing all AV, creative, and F&B needs. Managing invitation lists and responses, tracking budgets and expenses, and providing on-site support as needed. Gathering and analyzing post-event feedback to enhance future outcomes. Requirements: At least five years of experience executing events in a law firm or professional services setting. Outstanding communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, Ability to take ownership and work proactively. Flexibility to work outside of standard business hours and travel as needed to meet the demands of the role.
