Enjoy a full suite of competitive compensation and benefits, including medical, dental, fertility, retirement, wellness, profit sharing and more.Position Overview: Functions as an independently licensed behavioral health clinician, offering counseling and mental health services encompassing assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of mental health disorders and related psychological concerns. Therapists strive to meet patients' social needs and coordinate referrals to internal or external sources for specialized care, hospitalization, or advanced psychiatric evaluations and interventions as necessary.Essential Responsibilities:Provide mental health counseling services in our office settingConduct initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations to determine clients' mental health needsDevelop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and clients' goalsProvide evidence-based counseling and therapy to clients using various therapeutic modalitiesMonitor client progress while maintaining ethical and legal standards by keeping accurate and up-to-date client records to ensure compliance with treatment plansCollaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care for clientsParticipate in regular supervision, staff meetings, and continuing education activities to enhance professional developmentProvide individual (and, depending on focus area, couples/family) therapy to a caseload of clients using evidence-based modalities. Marriage and family and/or process addictions experience preferredMinimum Qualifications:Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field requiredMust have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience working with individuals ranging from children to geriatric populationsDemonstrates experience in implementing evidence-based treatments for various behavioral health disorders, such as anxiety, depression, and PTSD.State licensure as Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) requiredRegistered play therapist preferredTotal Annual Compensation:$81,200 – $119,000+ (based on experience and patient care). Base salary is determined by years of experience (YOE). Includes bi-weekly premium pay, with additional earnings for hours above target.
