Role Description The Litigation Paralegal will support attorneys in all phases of personal injury litigation in a full‑time, on‑site role based in Santa Fe, NM. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include preparing and organizing legal documents, drafting pleadings and motions, and managing case files and discovery materials. The role involves conducting legal research, reviewing and summarizing medical records and other evidence, and maintaining accurate case calendars and deadlines. The Litigation Paralegal will communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel, assist with trial preparation, and help ensure that cases progress efficiently and in compliance with court rules and firm procedures. Qualifications Ability to prepare and format legal documents, including pleadings and motions, with strong attention to detail. Experience in document review, including organizing, analyzing, and summarizing case‑related records and evidence. Proficiency in legal research using online databases and other resources to support case strategy and filings. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and legal professionals. Proficient in standard office and legal software (e.g., word processing, case management systems, electronic filing platforms). Ability to work collaboratively with attorneys and staff, while managing multiple tasks and priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
