Vendor Management Specialist

Supporting the infrastructure for government and public-sector customers, the full-time remote Vendor Management Specialist will coordinate vendor registration, maintain procurement documentation, and respond to internal requests while ensuring compliance and accuracy across multiple systems. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and track government customer vendor packets, supplier onboarding forms, and related documentation requests Maintain accurate corporate information across various procurement portals and coordinate updates with stakeholders Support the administration and renewal of business licenses and local registrations, ensuring compliance with public-sector requirements Required Qualifications 2+ years of experience in vendor management, procurement operations, or a related administrative function Experience with high-volume documentation and vendor/customer onboarding processes Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and ability to learn procurement and ticketing systems High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred
