About the Receptionist Role: Provide exceptional customer service to residents, families, and healthcare professionals by answering phone calls, greeting visitors, and responding to inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing calls, messages, and other correspondence. Manage and coordinate daily schedules, appointments, and tasks for residents and staff. Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring a positive and professional atmosphere for all. Participate in and support staff meetings, inservices, and training programs.
