Responsibilities

Quality Control (QC) Technician

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control (QC) Technician to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will safeguard product integrity by performing routine inspections, incoming material verifications, and final audits to ensure compliance with engineering blueprints, safety standards, and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform in-process and final inspections using tools like digital micrometers, calipers, and height gauges.
• Inspect incoming raw materials against purchase orders and Certificates of Analysis.
• Isolate non-conforming items, issue Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), and assist in root-cause investigations.
• Log SPC data into quality software and maintain calibration for lab equipment.
• Partner with production teams to resolve quality issues and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Physical Demands

• High School Diploma required; Associate Degree in a technical field preferred.
• 2+ years of QC experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Hands-on experience with precision measurement equipment and QMS/ERP software.
• Strong communication skills and visual acuity for defect detection.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
