ePlus inc. is seeking a Service Desk Analyst I to handle Level 1 technical support calls and emails for our customer base in the Virginia Beach area. You will diagnose and describe issues, track them through resolution, and provide timely updates to customers. The role requires reliable internet, occasional remote interaction on camera, and the ability to work the Monday–Friday 1am–10am EST shift.
