The 20 LLC is seeking an After-Hours Support Desk Technician to deliver remote IT support to clients nationwide. You will handle tickets, analyze issues, and implement effective solutions while communicating with customers by phone and online tools. Requirements include IT fundamentals and A+ certification or equivalent experience, 1+ year help desk work, and a detail-oriented mindset suited to a fast-moving environment.
