Director Of SalesAs a Director of Sales, you bring high-energy, customer-centric focus and drive/hunger to the total sales efforts of the hotel. We provide a robust onboarding experience and a dedicated regional support team to give you one-on-one attention.Do what you are passionate about:Grow and maintain relationships with key clients to produce topline business, including room, food & beverage, and catering/banquet revenues.Strategize, implement, and accomplish quarterly sales plans.Work in partnership with Regional Sales, Revenue and Operation teams forecasting & budgeting revenue and expenses.Lead and partner with operational departments relating to all sales outcomes.Champion brand and company reputation, cultivating relationships with local community groups, companies, entertain and/or travel to events to generate business.Proactively conduct sales blitzes, outside sales, inside sales, and/or new conversations to spark new leads.Be a closer!
