Hybrid *hybrid with physical attendance onsite 3 days per week (choice of days among Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday) in either McLean or Richmond will be required for this role* in McLean, VA

Our client seeks a Director+ level tech sourcing recruiter to shift from transactional screening to proactive talent intelligence. You will map competitive landscapes, build pipelines for hard-to-fill tech roles, and engage passive candidates across multiple job families, with progression toward full lifecycle recruiting over time.

Rate: $45.00 to $55.00/hr. w2

• Architect competitive talent maps, target companies, and hidden talent pools beyond LinkedIn.
• Pivot across technology job families as priorities shift.
• Engage and assess passive candidates up to the Director+ level, with focus on Manager-level pipelines.
• Source and activate specialized AI/ML engineering and research talent.

• Strong sourcing experience using advanced Boolean and intelligence methods beyond job boards.
• Experience supporting multiple core tech profiles and shifting capacity across lines of business.
• Baseline assessment capability up to Director+ level.
• Background from large-scale tech environments preferred.
• 4+ years of recruiting experience. Full lifecycle background acceptable if committed to sourcing focus.
• Proven talent mapping and expansive sourcing for niche skill sets.
• Business acumen to evolve toward full lifecycle recruiting is preferred.
