About the Role This position is a temporary/seasonal role designed to support the Visiting Immunization Nurse Team from September through December. The primary responsibilities include data entry for the Immunization Program, specifically inputting immunization records from clinics, and providing clerical support at community-based flu clinics. The role offers flexibility in work location, allowing for remote work from home based on training and knowledge of the position, or on‑site work at the Grand Rapids Office if necessary. The ideal candidate will be responsible for greeting visitors and staff, managing clinic documentation, and ensuring efficient and accurate data processing. This role is vital in maintaining the integrity of immunization records and supporting the overall success of community health initiatives.
