Job Title: Account Supervisor Location-Type: Hybrid - Philadelphia, PA Start Date: ASAP Duration: Contract, approximately 4-5 months Compensation Range: $41-$46/hour on W2 Benefits: Eligible for Health, Dental, Vision, and 401K Visa Sponsorship: Not eligible for visa sponsorship Job Description: The Account Supervisor will serve as a key client-facing liaison across approximately 5-6 accounts, partnering closely with internal Project Management, Creative, and Strategy teams to keep deliverables, schedules, and client relationships on track. Job Summary Support approximately 5-6 client accounts simultaneously, including higher education and consumer brands, each requiring varying levels of attention at different times Serve as the primary client-facing contact across accounts, participating in status calls, planning conversations, reporting meetings, and other client touchpoints Manage the operational side of accounts, including conference reports, project schedule reviews, deadline tracking, meeting coordination, and ensuring the right stakeholders are included Act as a quality-control layer on client-facing deliverables, reviewing decks, QA-ing materials, and confirming that outputs are client-ready before distribution Partner closely with dedicated Project Managers, who will own workflow execution, while the Account Supervisor ensures the overall account is running effectively Quickly absorb context on accounts already in progress and maintain momentum across multiple internal disciplines, including Creative, Strategy, and Account Directors Balance strong client relationship management with disciplined back-end organization, operating with minimal hand-holding under the support of senior account partners Minimum Requirements: 3-5 years of experience in client services, account management, or a related discipline Demonstrated ability to manage or support multiple client accounts simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Strong client-facing presence, with confidence participating directly in client calls and meetings Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines, deliverables, and stakeholders concurrently Strong quality-control mindset and sound judgment around client-facing materials Familiarity with Microsoft platforms (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, etc.) Located in the Philadelphia area and able to commit to a hybrid in-office schedule on East Coast hours Preferred Qualifications: Agency experience strongly preferred, given the multi-client, fast-moving nature of the role Experience supporting higher education clients, with familiarity around enrollment and fundraising terminology Experience serving as the client services liaison for paid media campaigns or media reporting Keynote experience, as the team frequently builds client-facing decks in Keynote Background that blends project management rigor with client services, provided the candidate is comfortable in a client-facing capacity Pharma or similarly detail-intensive client services experience, which may transfer well given the organizational demands of the role Familiarity with Workamajig for project management or time tracking (not required, can be taught)
