Opportunity Details

• Our physicians round on Long Term Care and Skilled Nursing Facilities
• Work Monday through Friday with some flexibility
• Base salary PLUS bonus incentives - earn up to $300,000
• Full benefits, paid time off, and mileage reimbursement
