The primary position is to service and repair Palfinger customers’ equipment at customer or related locations. This is a field‑based role that requires travel across the US, reporting to the Regional Service Manager. Your Responsibilities Travel to job sites and perform field‑service repairs, updates, and troubleshooting for mobile bucket trucks while using a high degree of independent judgment. Perform maintenance as assigned by the regional manager and according to schedule. Schedule work and move onto the next task without supervision. Communicate mechanical issues and needed repairs to regional managers. Maintain daily service documentation that includes estimates, work order authorization, ordering and recording parts, labor, and inventory documentation. Your Qualifications High School or GED expected minimum. 2–3 years of mechanical experience or training with emphasis in the area of bucket trucks preferred. Strong computer skills with knowledge of Windows applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CRM system. Proven ability to work independently, take initiative, and be resourceful. Must speak, read, and write English. Ability to travel up to 80% throughout the north central Texas region Monday through Friday.
