Project Coordinator

Our client a leading Energy & Utilities provider is seeking a Project Coordinator to join their team! This position is located in St. Louis, Missouri. Core Responsibilities Work with various internal Customers, Superintendents, Construction Supervisors, Engineers, and other personnel to coordinate construction work and/or resolve complaints Identify and act to halt and/or eliminate unsafe acts in the workplace Serve as the central point of contact for all parties regarding contractor job scheduling At times to assign and/or direct employees regarding their work assignment Create purchase order requisitions and approve contractor invoices Monitor daily compliance reports and track compliance dates to ensure compliance Assign, schedule and track construction work, for the assigned work groups Utilize company resources and assets Review of project folders to ensure completeness and accuracy Coordinate and track projects completed by outside contractors Interface with internal and external resources to coordinate project completion requirements Contribute to the development of the annual Construction Services goals and execution of the business plan Provide storm support required during storm restoration efforts Perform other duties for special projects as assigned Required Skills/Experience (Must-Haves) Must possess, or have available, a motor vehicle for use on the job Subject to 24-hour emergency call Ability to perform site visits as needed May be required to participate in callout duty rotation Supply chain and inventory skills Computer skills Preferred Skills/Experience (Nice-to-Haves) Flexibility Adaptability Key Competencies & Behaviors Time management skills Strong organizational skills Work Environment Location: St. Louis, Missouri Onsite Compensation & Benefits Pay Range: The approximate pay range for this position is between $30.00 and $35.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location.
