Production Worker - Rough Electrician

Job Summary Champion Home Builders is hiring a Rough Electrician to work on the production line building manufactured housing in Strattanville, PA, under general supervision. The role requires performing manual labor, reading blueprints and orders, and using hand, air, and electrical tools to keep the area clean and efficient. FLSA Status Non‑exempt Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent OR at least six months of related experience/training Ability to read a tape measure Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 lbs. Previous experience in manufacturing/modular housing is desired but not required Essential Duties and Responsibilities Perform all manual labor in the area to which assigned Keep area neat and clean Read and use a tape measure Read blueprints and orders Communicate well with coworkers Use hand tools, air tools, and electrical toolsOther duties may be assigned Work Schedule The typical schedule is 6:30 am–3:00 pm, Monday‑Friday. Schedule may vary based on production needs; overtime may be required occasionally. Education and Experience One‑year certificate from college or technical school; or 6‑12 months related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
