Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes Troubleshoot production issues and drive root‑cause solutions Improve workflow, productivity, and plant efficiency Support equipment setup and manufacturing operations Partner closely with production and maintenance teams Perform in‑process inspections to ensure product quality Maintain manufacturing documentation and process standards Collaborate with vendors, customers, and internal departments to support manufacturing goals Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or related discipline) 8+ years of manufacturing engineering experience Experience supporting production in a manufacturing environment Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills Process improvement and continuous improvement experience Experience with Microsoft Office and ERP systems Comfortable working extensively on the manufacturing floor Preferred Experience Metal fabrication Welding or welded assemblies CAD software Fixture and tooling design Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma Automated or robotic welding High‑volume manufacturing environments The Ideal Candidate We're looking for someone who enjoys being where the action is. This is not a design‑focused engineering role, it's for an engineer who likes solving problems in real time, working alongside production teams, and continuously improving manufacturing operations. Schedule Engineering primarily works first shift, typically starting between 6:00 AM and 7:00 AM (including a one‑hour lunch). This is a fully onsite position.
