This role is ideal for a client focused professional who takes pride in operational excellence and delivering an exceptional client experience. What You’ll Do Process non-trading client service requests and resolve inquiries with accuracy and follow through Onboard new client accounts, including collecting and reviewing required documentation Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with firm policies and procedures Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, delivering prompt and professional service Proactively educate clients on firm services, digital tools, and cash management solutions Support Financial Advisors with day‑to‑day administrative and operational needs Assist with client events and marketing initiatives in coordination with the Marketing team Participate in training, education, and firm initiatives What We’re Looking For 1+ years of experience in wealth management, RIA, or financial advisory environment Experience working with custodians such as Charles Schwab, Fidelity, or Pershing Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management Exceptional client service and communication skills Team oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment Prefer Series 65 licensed or w illingness to obtain in 90 days Why Ashton Thomas Meaningful client relationships and high-touch service model Competitive benefits including 401(k), health, dental, vision, PTO, and life insurance (after 90 days employment) Opportunity to grow within a respected private wealth organization #J-18808-Ljbffr
