Leasing Consultant (Bilingual) – West Palm Beach, FL
We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Leasing Consultant for a beautiful apartment community in the West Palm Beach, FL area . The ideal candidate is bilingual, energetic, sales-driven, and has strong closing skills with prior apartment leasing experience.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and tour prospective residents
- Convert leads into leases through strong sales and closing techniques
- Manage traffic, follow-ups, and resident communication through Yardi CRM
- Process applications and lease paperwork accurately
- Maintain knowledge of pricing, availability, and community amenities
- Provide exceptional customer service to current and future residents
- Assist with resident retention and renewal efforts
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications:
- Previous apartment leasing experience required
- Experience with Yardi CRM required
- Bilingual in English/Spanish required
- Strong sales and closing abilities
- Professional appearance and excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Weekend availability required
