About the Role We're looking for a Coach Recruiter & Operations Coordinator to own, build and continuously improve the end-to-end systems, workflows, and operations that power Mento's coach community. As our coach community scales, we need to evolve how we attract, hire, grow and retain the world’s top coaches. You will take deeply human, relationship-driven processes and build new models for how we can make them more personalized and scalable without losing the care and judgment that create a high-quality coach experience. You will evaluate how the work is done today, identify where it can be improved, and build the systems that enable Mento to grow its coach community sustainably You’ll pa...
