Customer Service Representative

Customer Service Representative Type: Contract Compensation: $20/hr Work Model: Remote offsite Hours: 40.0 hours/week Responsibilities Provide customer service related to sales, sales promotions, and communications Engage, interact, and respond promptly, accurately, courteously, and professionally to foster positive business relationships with internal and external customers Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, documenting inquiries, complaints, comments, and actions taken in Sales Force/ARO Manager Read emails and purchase orders to determine the type of sale Apply POs to the T&E OPA BOT for PO application Provide confirmation of PO application Release POs from GHX Portal Send frequent emails to customers for PO collections Process surgery cases for replenishments and billing Sort incoming emails from the main team inbox to the appropriate CSR Support multiple administrative and customer service tasks as needed Requirements Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently Proficiency in email communication and basic computer applications Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools preferred Ability to work under occasional Sundays and mandatory overtime when fully trained High school diploma or GED required System One, and its subsidiaries including Joul and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
