Digital Marketing Specialist

As a hands-on, execution-focused Digital Marketing Specialist, this full-time remote position will own the full digital presence and demand generation function to drive business growth and increase brand awareness through digital marketing campaigns, SEO, paid media, and marketing automation. Key responsibilities Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on LinkedIn and Google Ads, managing audience segmentation and campaign budgets Manage content marketing and SEO efforts, including blog oversight, keyword targeting, and coordination with external content writers Oversee the marketing automation platform for lead management and nurture flows, while maintaining Salesforce CRM hygiene for marketing leads Required qualifications 3+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience in a B2B environment with a focus on demand generation Demonstrated experience with LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads, including campaign setup and optimization Experience with a marketing automation platform such as Pardot, HubSpot, or Marketo Working knowledge of SEO practices, including keyword research and on-page optimization Proficiency with Google Analytics (GA4) and ability to build reports from raw data
