Position Summary

Blue Star Glass is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Samples Coordinator to manage the preparation, tracking, and distribution of glass product samples. This role is essential in supporting sales efforts, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring timely delivery of sample materials that represent the quality and capabilities of Blue Star Glass.

The ideal candidate is proactive, dependable, customer-focused, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing and distribution environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate glass sample requests and timelines with customers, sales representatives and production team. 

• Prepare, package, and ship samples promptly upon completion.

• Maintain organized inventory of all sample materials.

• Monitor sample stock levels and coordinate replenishment with production and purchasing teams.

• Prioritize urgent projects when necessary. 

• Maintain accurate records of outgoing samples and related customer information.

• Collaborate with the sales team to follow up on upcoming jobs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years consecutive job experience. 

• Experience in manufacturing, building materials, glass, or architectural products is a plus.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).

• Experience with CRM or inventory systems preferred.

Work Environment

• Combination of office & manufacturing warehouse.

• Requires standing and ability to lift and move sample materials and packages up to 20 lbs.
