10 Years of relevant experience required
Interviewing users, creating process maps and using other means to identify and document root causes of inefficiencies / areas of opportunity. (Defining the problem)
Process Design prototyping: creating and rapidly iterating through a series of process prototypes and usability sessions to solicit further feedback.
Elicit, analyzes, validates and documents business, organizational, and/or operational requirements and use cases for new processes or application features.
Facilitates test planning.
Produces statements of work
