Branch Manager

We're looking for an experienced Branch Manager to lead branch operations, inspire a high-performing team, and deliver exceptional member experiences.

What You’ll Do

Lead the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring an exceptional member experience.
Drive branch growth through member acquisition, relationship development, and achievement of sales and service goals.
Coach, develop, and motivate team members to reach their full potential.
Promote a culture aligned with SCCU’s core values and commitment to member service.
Monitor branch performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with credit union policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Represent SCCU within the community and participate in local events and relationship-building opportunities.
Support special projects and organizational initiatives as needed.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Five or more years of experience in the financial services industry.
Progressive leadership and management experience with a track record of developing teams.
Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Ability to build relationships with members, employees, and community partners.
Experience coaching employees to achieve sales and service goals.
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency with computers and business systems.
