Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to better understand each client's unique mental health challenges and strengths, employing structured interview techniques and assessment tools.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and trauma-informed care, adapting them to client needs.

• Develop comprehensive treatment plans with defined therapeutic goals, ensuring interventions are tailored and actionable.

• Facilitate multi-disciplinary team meetings, collaborating with psychiatrists, psychologists, and allied healthcare professionals to ensure cohesive treatment strategies.

• Offer immediate crisis intervention, conduct risk assessments, and develop safety plans when necessary, ensuring client safety and well-being.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with HIPAA and professional ethics standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution is required.

• Active state certification as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
